Why Fusion Online Was Created.

Fusion Online was built to bring hybrid training to everyone—no matter where you are. We didn’t want anyone to miss out on the Fusion method, so we made it possible to train anytime, anywhere. With Fusion Online, you can follow our programmes and train the Fusion way, even when you can’t make it to the gym or a class.

How to get started

  • Choose your programme and download the FITR app—this is where all your training will be delivered. Quick, easy, and ready to go.

  • Finish the test week to set custom paces and targets for every session. These tests allow us to deliver a fully personalised programme tailored to your fitness and goals.

  • Train day by day following the plan, optimised for hybrid racing performance. Each session builds your strength, endurance, and race readiness efficiently.

  • Use our included taper programme to reduce volume and maximise performance for race day. Every programme comes with this prep to ensure you’re ready to perform at your best.

Coach Michael O’Donnell

Michael is a seasoned HYROX and endurance athlete, having qualified for three HYROX World Championships and secured countless podiums with overall and age-group wins. He holds a solo HYROX PB of 57:50 and a doubles PB of 50:17, alongside a marathon best of 2:44 and a 10K of 34:45. With experience coaching over 50 athletes to their first races and personal bests across HYROX, hybrid events, and running distances from 5K to marathon, Michael combines elite-level performance with proven coaching expertise.
